By engaging CHEFIYKE Virtual Office, you agree to the following terms.
## Engagements
All engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work. These terms supplement, but do not replace, the SOW.
## Confidentiality
Mutual NDA applies from the first conversation.
## Payments
Fees are due per the SOW. Late fees apply after 14 days.
## Limitation of liability
Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
